Work with Island Claims
We're building a small, local team of people who care about property owners and take pride in careful work. Licensed public adjuster or not yet — if you're good with people and sharp on details, we'd love to hear from you.
Why Island Claims
When a storm or fire hits, families need someone local in their corner. That's the work — and we do it together.
We represent property owners — never insurance companies. Every file is someone's home or livelihood.
Work alongside 16+ years of claims experience. We train, mentor and share what works.
Not licensed yet? We'll guide you through the Hawaiʻi public adjuster licensing process when you're ready.
Field work across the islands, plus desk and coordinator roles that fit around real life.
Open roles
Some roles need a Hawaiʻi public adjuster license. Many don't. Tell us what interests you — we'll figure out the right fit together.
